State Bank of India is looking for Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO). Details of the posts, eligibility criteria and other terms & conditions are as under:

Part A: Contractual Appointment on CTC Basis: Defence Banking Advisors (DBA) & Circle Defence Banking Advisors (CDBA)

* Defence Banking Advisor (Army)-Post-1
Age: Max 62 years
Qualification: Lt. General or Major General
* Defence Banking Advisor (Air Force)-Post-1
Age: Max 62 years
Qualification: Air Marshall or Air Vice Marshall
* Defence Banking Advisor (Navy)-Post-1
Age: Max 62 years
Qualification: Vice Admiral or Rear Admiral
* Circle Defence Banking Advisor (Army)-Posts-10
Age: Max 58 years
Qualification: Major General or Brigadier
* Circle Defence Banking Advisor (Air Force)-Posts-2
Age: Max 58 years
Qualification: Air Vice Marshall or Air Commodore

Part B: Regular Appointment on Permanent Basis

1. Dy. Manager (Securitty)-Posts-31
Age: Max 35 years
Qualification & Experience: An officer with minimum 5 years commissioned service in Army/Navy/Air Force or a Police Officer not below the rank of ASP/Dy. SP with minimum 5 years service in that rank or officer of identical rank with minimum 5 years service in para-military services. Officers from the fighting arms will be given preference.
2. Asstt. Manager (Fire)-Posts-7
Age: Max 30 years
Qualification & Experience: Graduate of the Institute of Fire Engineers (India/UK) or should have completed Divisional Officers Course at National Fire Service College (NFSC), Nagpur or should be B.E. (Fire)from NFSC. Candidate should have intimate knowledge of hydrant system, fire detection system, sprinkler system and evacuation problems and also have minimum 5 years experience as Station Officer or equivelent post in a City Fire Brigade or in a State Fire Service or In-charge Fire Officer in big industrial complex. Practical experience is not essential in case of candidate possessing B.E. (Fire) degree from National Fire Service College, Nagpur.

Age Relaxation: Relaxation in upper age limit for reserve categories as per Govt. of India guidelines.

Selection Procedure: Valid Registered applicants will be short listed post wise by the committee of specialists/experts and shortlisted candidates will be called for Interview.
